SHIPPING:

WE SHIP TO CONTINENTAL US ONLY!!!
All corals are shipped priority overnight with FEDEX. It will be $39.99 flat rate shipping and handling including the cooler and hot or cold packs. If you live in Florida then shipping is only $29.99 You must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, or the DOA Guarantee below becomes void.

If you would like to modify your order after it has been placed and the shipping fee has already been paid, we will reimburse the additional shipping cost.

We do not credit or refund shipping costs other than whats stated above...

Shipping delays that result in live stock loss will not be covered under the RobsreefLLC livestock guarantee stated below.

Returns & DOA Guarantee:

We assure that all our products will arrive in a living state. Should an item arrive in a non-living condition for any reason, you are required to reach out to us via email, providing detailed photographs of the item within two hours of the package's delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package during the initial delivery attempt, this guarantee will be rendered void. If we determine that the item is either deceased or defective, we will offer a refund or credit.

Refunds:
If you wish to withdraw your order after it have been submitted, the refund will be issued for that purchase price minus a 25% fee.

Shipping Days:
We offer shipping with a delivery day of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday delivery is NOT available.
